What visitors say

“Booked a jet ski trip for three people on April 17, 2026, and honestly, it turned into a very disappointing experience. The booking itself went smoothly, and at first everything seemed fine. The instructor started off friendly enough, which gave us a good feeling going into the trip. During the ride, he offered to take photos and videos of us. This sounded great, especially since we were advised beforehand not to bring our own phones for safety reasons. After the trip, we changed clothes and were actually quite happy, expecting to receive some nice memories from the experience. That’s when things went completely wrong. When we asked for the photos, we were suddenly told we had to pay €15 per person. For three people, that’s €45 on top of the €255 we had already paid. At no point during the trip, or when the photos were being taken, was there any mention of this extra charge. This felt extremely misleading and dishonest. Offering a service without clearly stating the price upfront is not acceptable. It completely ruined what could have been a great experience. If you’re considering booking here, I strongly advise you to think twice. There are plenty of other companies that are upfront and transparent about their pricing, for example go and book your trip by Jet Ski Alicante Marmarela Motos de agua. This one clearly prioritizes squeezing extra money out of customers over providing a genuinely good experience. Very disappointing, and definitely not worth the money.”

“An absolutely fantastic hour of jet ski action. We saw a good amount of the coast, had some great time enjoying the jet skis, and got some brilliant pictures back from our guide, who was really friendly and helpful. Definitely highly recommended.”

“It started weird. Instead of leaving from the harbar you get into a dark van for a 15 min drive. They bring you to a station just outside the city from where you go onto the water. While on the water you have to take a 10 min brake to take some photos from the instructors phone. When you get back he shows you to photos taken on his phone and asks for an extra 15 euros per person to send them to you. Very weird and shady.”

“First i would like to give a review by email but couldn’t find one. I made a reservation for the 18th at 11am On the 18th at 0945 i got a phone call saying there was a group coming to Tabarca so my reservation will postpone to 13h i refused and as i was already on my way we did it at 1015. The staff were very friendly. The facilities were horrific dirty From dirt clothes on the floor, underwear, woman’s pads amount other things to hairs everywhere. We payed for a photo album but for some reason the camera didn’t work. Fortunately the instructor had an iPhone so the pictures were with good quality but the video is not as expected when you pay 15€ just for the album. The 2stars go for the 20minutes experience and for the friendly staff. I hope this review comes as a positive feedback for your business. Best regards”
